EVKM teaches you how to defend yourself in real life situations from real life attackers. I have gotten more energy and endurance since day one and can tell the results from every class i go to. I am not saying that you can automatically see a weight loss difference, that comes with time, but i can tell that my endurance is a lot better than what it used to be and the techniques they show you suddenly become second nature. It is a wonderful class with an exceptional instructor team. i recommend it to everyone who wants to better challenge themselves and learn some things along the way.

So much fun. The thing that stands out about EVKM is just how supportive everyone here is...not just the instructors (who are fantastic), but everyone in class as well. It is a fantastic and really fun workout. I feel great, both physically and mentally. My job can be stressful, but I have found that as long as I get my training in, I can just leave it all on the mat. As a bonus, I am down four or five sizes in just four months!

EVKM is not only a great workout and a wonderful way to relieve some stress, it's also a really good place to build confidence and meet some awesome people! I started at EVKM when I moved to AZ from MI alone, I was concerned about living alone in a place where I knew no one. I started Krav Maga to learn how to defend my self and ended up falling in love with it! EVKM is also a great way to get out and meet people. Most of my very good friends I have met have started at EVKM! The instructors are also very knowledgeable and do not judge! Don't worry if you have never done anything like this, you will catch on and they will go a wonderful job helping you with anything you need!

This place not only gives you the means to get your body in shape, it also gives you the confidence and the ability to walk in peace. It is the most welcoming environment that I've stepped into as an outsider and that is among the many reasons that I've never left. Make friends, kick ass and learn more about yourself that you every thought possible!

EVKM Self Defense & Fitness is a great workout and teaches you practical self defense tactics. All levels, shapes, and sizes are welcomed by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. In 5 short weeks, I've felt my cardio come back and I've noticed a difference psychically as well. I've had nothing but positive experiences at EVKM! 

Absolutely love EVKM! Anyone looking to learn self defense should check it out. It has helped me restore the confidence that I had lost, and has made me feel a sense of empowerment and control that I've never felt. It's all about knowing what to do when the situation arises. Plus everyone is so friendly and encouraging, this is my new love and addiction.

What a fantastic work out! Been a member for four months and have already lost more than 40lbs! Great people and awesome atmospbere. Plenty of classes to attend the whole week. Sign up and get back in shape! They have a kids program as well which has brought my son's self esteem up like nothing else could have. And that is priceless to me!

From the very first day that I started training at EVKM I was hooked. The instructors are very informative and down to Earth. The workout is great with the added bonus of being able to easily learn skills that could potentially save your life if ever in a dangerous or life threatening environment. If you want practical, fast learned self-defense skills from trained professionals, this is the place to be.  The instructors have high credentials and are very thorough and motivational in their instructing.  Everyone in the class helps and encourages one another to push harder and to never quit.  I just love being here!  Thank You EVKM Instructors and classmates!

EVKM is great. Everyone including the staff are very friendly and the facility itself is very clean. Awesome instructors as well. You get a good workout by learning the self defense you want. Highly recommend it!

I was always a little nervous to take any kind of self-defense or martial art class, but I felt right at home as soon as my first session at EVKM started. New students are encouraged to start slow or at their own pace and always receive the proper amount of attention and instruction. Then as you get more comfortable, you are challenged more. Fellow students are very welcoming and cautious with any kind of limitations you may have. I have been a member for about 9 months I have enjoyed every class and every instructor I have had so far, and am very excited to take on new challenges.

If I lived closer, I would be at this gym every day!  Today, I drove an hour and 20 minutes to do a 6:30 AM class,  and I have no regrets, it was the best workout ever! This morning's workout out was definitely a high-intensity workout, but I learned self-defense moves in the process, so I would say that is a win-win. The instructors and staff are great, and if you live in the area, this is a must gym.

This place is phenomenal! The instructors and the whole team that run this place,  truly care about you and your goals. If you are brand new (like me) or a pro, you will LOVE it here!

Krav maga is absolutely wonderful here!! I love the amount of energy and enthusiasm from the instructors. They are knowledgeable and super friendly. They go through each technique step by step and review ways to improve after each turn. Like myself, all the students are eager to learn and have tons of fun. 

I had my first class tonight and it was AMAZING! I feel great and I feel a little more prepared. The instructors were just spectacular and I felt like they really cared about me as a person and their goal was for me to succeed. My fellow classmates were just as awesome, super supportive. They have classes for anyone's schedule. I recommend this school to anyone who wants to get fit and learn self-defense, or just anyone who wants to make a positive change in their life. I can't wait for my next class! =)
